Raw - Vegan
Chocolate Milk Shake Recipe


Ingredients:
1/2 cup almonds (preferably soaked first)
1/4 cup pitted dates
1/2 vanilla bean
1 heaping tbsp cacao powder
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup water


Instructions:
Put all ingredients into the vita-mix (putting the dates in last so they do not stick to the blades), and blend for about a minute. If you blend it too long it will not be as thick, and will be more watery....and that is not my aim!!


It looks, tastes, and is thick as a real milkshake...except theres no milk :) mmmmm...so good.
